For the production of our wines, we implement a specialized and detailed processing based on our knowledge concerning wine cultivation and viniculture.
red wine
A wonderful mixture of the cosmopolitan Cabernet Sauvignon and the noble Syrah. A wine with a deep ruby color, black fruits, vanilla, coffee and spices aromas with a sweet taste that enchants and leaves an enjoyable pleasure in the mouth.
Vinification:
Soaking before and after fermentation. After crushing the grapes, the wine matures for twelve months in barrels made of Greek oak trees from Pindos Mountain. Our barrels are manufactured in Metsovo, by craftsmen who have been taught this traditional wood processing art from generation to generation. Until today, these same craftsmen also manufacture barrels for the maturation of the Greek Feta Cheese. The Greek oak wood helps the wine bring out its delicate flavor. The Greek oak makes the wine less intense, by nurturing a more delicate and riper flavor compared to the typical French oak.
Other characteristics:
Alc 13.5%. In a 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Syrah ratio.
white wine
The charismatic Malagousia, a native Greek variety that has barely been saved from extinction is harmonically combined here, in a mixture with the voluptuous and lusty Chardonnay.
It is an especially distinct wine, bottled in limited amounts, with a bright color, a rich fruity flavor (citrus fruits, peaches, exotic fruits), wild flower scents and a crisp aftertaste that leaves a cool pleasure in the mouth.
Vinification:
The fermentation takes place in tanks, under thin covers and at low temperatures.

Alc 13%. At a 50% Chardonnay and 50% Malagousia ratio
rose wine ( Kosher )
The only certified Greek Kosher wine.
It is a marvelous rose wine spreading rich herb scents, characterized by a crunchy taste, a full body and a crisp Cabernet Sauvignon finish. Its unusually elegant character will amaze and please you.

Limnio rose
Limnio is an excellent example of ancient Greek viticulture, first mentioned by many ancient Greek writers, like Homer.
A rose wine that surprises you pleasantly, having delicate fresh aromatic herb scents and light red berry tastes.
This wine is also certified as a protected designation of origin (PDO) wine from Magnissia.

Limnio red
Limnio is an excellent example of ancient Greek viticulture, first mentioned by many ancient Greek writers, like Homer.
A ruby dry wine full of forest fruit aromas with a long and elegant aftertaste.
This wine is also certified as a protected designation of origin (PDO) wine from Magnissia.

Malagousia moschofilero
Malagousia, a native Greek variety, recently rescued from extinction and prized for its fruity aromas and intense, complex palate, is blended with the aromatic Moschofilero. The ideal marriage gives us this elegant, full bodied wine, with its exciting aromas and long finish, full of exotic fruits.

Berliner Wine Trophy
Gold medal for the Roussaswine red wine
In 2015, Russaswine Organic Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, was awarded the gold medal amongst 5,000 wine labels.
The Berliner Wine Trophy Contest is the biggest wine contest in the world, and the most important wine challenge in Germany, sponsored by OIV (International Organisation of Vine and Wine). BWT contest gathers well-known producers and distributors worldwide, reaching a participant number of 14,000 labels per year.
